- The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of both respondent and claimant matters. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for a trainee solicitor.
- The appointed locum will advise clients on a wide range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Your role will also involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and conducting negotiations and mediations.
