An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the highly regarded Education Charities team of a leading national law firm. This is a chance to build a specialist career advising education providers on complex and rewarding employment matters while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role Joining a nationally recognised team, you will work with a diverse portfolio of education clients including independent schools, academies, maintained schools, colleges and universities. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will provide commercially focused and practical employment advice tailored to the unique challenges faced by educational institutions.Your caseload will include a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, from day-to-day HR advisory work through to complex disciplinary and grievance issues, safeguarding concerns, senior executive appointments and exits, restructures and redundancy programmes.
