This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to become part of the successful and growing employment team at a leading Legal 500 firm.

THE ROLE: You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting primarily for corporate and education sector clients. The role encompasses both advisory and Employment Tribunal work, as well as delivering client training, seminars and legal updates, and supporting business development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and growing employment team. You will play a key role in driving the team's continued success, managing, and developing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years’ PQE, with strong technical experience gained at a reputable firm with a well-established employment practice. You will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding client service and building trusted, long-term client relationships, alongside strong business development capability, including growing existing client work and winning new business. You will demonstrate excellent technical expertise in employment law, providing high-quality, commercially focused advice and managing Employment Tribunal litigation. Experience supervising junior lawyers and delivering training to clients is also essential.
