Employment Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £75,000+ (DOE) – Where Legal Talent Meets Real Opportunity. JOB REF:2624

Responsibilities

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer to deliver high-quality employment law advice across a broad range of matters.
  • You will provide expert legal advice to a diverse client base, working on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • You will be expected to manage your own caseload, contribute to team development, and support the wider business where required.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting Employment Tribunal documentation and managing Employment Tribunal claims, employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and other legal documentation, settlement agreements, restructuring and redundancies and TUPE.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to deliver clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Confidence managing complex matters and client relationships
  • Experience leading and supervising junior members of the team would be advantageous, but is not essential.
