Employment Solicitor – NQ-3 Years PQE, Norwich – £Circa £60k plus – Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to build your career within one of the region’s most highly regarded teams? An award-winning practice, recognised as Tier 1 for employment is seeking an additional Solicitors to join its dynamic and supportive practice in Norwich. JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor PQE: NQ-3 years LOCATION: Norwich SALARY: £60,000 plus (DOE) THE ROLE: You will work on a diverse mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting senior lawyers while also developing autonomy over your own caseload. Your work will span handling employment disputes, tribunal matters, dayto day HR issues, reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements as well as supporting corporate transactions. In addition to fee earning you will also be expected to be involved in business development and client networking activities. THE CANDIDATE: We’re keen to hear from Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 years PQE in employment law. You will have experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters and a genuine passion for employment work. Strong academics and proven training / experience within a reputable national or regional firm are sought in the appointed individual. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach are also advantageous skills.
