This firm is looking for an Employment Partner to head up their team in the Birmingham office. The Partners are all excited for the development and growth of this next stage in Birmingham and when you meet them their enthusiasm and passion for the growth of the office is infectious.

You will provide advice to a wide range of both private and public sector clients on all aspects of employment law, including:
- strategic employment law
- major HR projects (i.e., outsourcing and restructuring)
- employment law compliance
- executive severance
- trade union and collective issues
- employment contracts and policies
The team also advises on the full range of employment tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves and enforcing restrictive covenants. As the appointed Partner, you will have strong academics and a good grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
