THE ROLE:• As a Partner, you will lead on a wide variety of strategic and corporate matters for education clients, with a particular focus on independent schools and education groups.
- You will provide commercially focused advice while building long-term relationships with clients and helping to shape the future direction of the practice.• Advising on acquisitions, disposals and mergers involving independent schools and education businesses.• Leading on reorganisations, collaborations and strategic projects designed to strengthen and future-proof educational institutions.• Advising charities and education organisations on corporate restructuring and transformation.• Working closely with colleagues across employment, property, regulatory and dispute resolution teams to deliver a seamless service.• Developing and strengthening client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to senior decision-makers.• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while enhancing the firm's profile within the education sector.• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting their technical and professional development.
