The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, advise a diverse client base on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters and handle matters from instruction through to completion. Offering a collaborative working culture, this role grants the successful candidate the opportunity to build long term client relationships. This firm is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who demonstrate experience dealing with a wealth of private client matters. The successful candidate will have experience advising on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters. A proactive, organised approach to legal matters, alongside an interest in the business development of the firm is necessary to this role.
