Litigation Solicitor Join a well respected, high street firm and manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, advising both individuals and businesses across a wealth of disputes. Take ownership of cases from instruction through to resolution and provide professional legal advice tailored to each client. Conduct detailed case preparation, including legal research, drafting correspondence, pleadings and other procedural documentation. Contribute to the continued growth and development of a progressive litigation department whilst strengthening your own technical and commercial expertise. Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors from NQ level upwards who can demonstrate experience working with general civil litigation matters. A strong understanding of civil litigation principles and procedures, with the ability to apply technical knowledge effectively. The successful candidate will preferably possess experience in property litigation, contractual disputes or debt recovery.
