You'll manage your own caseload of private family law matters, working closely with clients and colleagues in a supportive environment that places exceptional client care at the heart of everything it does. You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, providing practical, sensitive and tailored advice to clients through what are often challenging and life-changing situations. Advising clients on all aspects of private family law. Advising on financial remedy proceedings. Handling private children matters, including child arrangements. Negotiating settlements and preparing legal documentation. Delivering outstanding client care while building strong and lasting client relationships. A minimum of 2 years' PQE in private family law.
