You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and wider estate planning matters. This role offers genuine responsibility within a supportive and collaborative environment, with both full time and part time applications welcomed. Applications are sought from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Private Client Fee Earners with experience handling wills, probate and estate administration matters. Experience advising on lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax and estate planning matters would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional and committed to delivering a high standard of service while contributing to the continued success of the private client department.
