THE ROLE
You’ll become a trusted adviser to a broad client base, dealing with a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular emphasis on complex financial arrangements arising from relationship breakdown. Alongside delivering first‑class legal advice, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the team, support the development of colleagues and strengthen the firm’s presence across Exeter and the wider region. This is a role for someone who enjoys more than fee‑earning; someone who wants to build connections, contribute ideas and help shape the future of a growing practice.
SKILLS REQUIRED
This role will suit an exceptional family lawyer with significant experience in high‑net‑worth and complex matrimonial matters. Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career. Commercially minded, with a practical approach to solving clients’ problems. A natural relationship builder who enjoys developing new and existing client connections. A collaborative leader who is keen to mentor and encourage others.
