40,000 - 70,000 Per Annum Permanent Childcare Solicitor NQ+, 40,000 to 70,000+ (DOE) plus extensive benefits, permanent full-time role. The firm are seeking a dedicated Child Care Solicitor to join their growing family department, handling both fee-paying and publicly funded matters. You will succeed in this role if you combine legal expertise with empathy, resilience and a client first mindset. With strong communication and advocacy skills, you will be confident in managing a caseload independently, show excellent organisation and attention to detail and demonstrate a proactive approach to personal development and compliance. Advocating for clients in court and at key meetings. Time recording, billing and credit control for your matters. Ensuring compliance with all SRA rules and regulatory requirements.
