We are working in partnership with a public body, who are offering outstanding opportunities available across the UK for Criminal Solicitors with management experience.
This role will involve managing between 8 and 12 Criminal Solicitors. You will be responsible for mentoring, appraising staff, allocating workloads, and ensuring the smooth running of criminal prosecutions cases within the team.
You will help and guide the team with difficult legal issues as well as the day to day staff management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Criminal Solicitor with extensive management experience and strong leadership skills. You will be adept in handling general staff and HR issues while demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
Whilst your background within Criminal law is important, a large focus for this role is on staff management. You will not be handling your own cases, making this role ideal for someone in a senior or Head of Department position who is seeking a change.
