The successful candidate will handle a range of criminal and prosecution matters, including court advocacy and advisory work. Responsibilities will also include reviewing evidence, preparing cases, and presenting them in court, often involving complex and sensitive issues.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Applicants must have lived in the UK for at least five years, and ideally have at least 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions.

This is a chance to broaden your expertise in prosecutions, handling a rewarding caseload and playing a pivotal role in delivering justice for victims. Ideally, candidates will possess experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and demonstrate a strong commitment and enthusiasm for this area of practice.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.

You will receive comprehensive support throughout the induction process, with dedicated mentoring and on-the-job training modules to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition into your new role.
