THE ROLE: This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your expertise in prosecutions, where you will provide legal advice and court advocacy on sensitive cases, as well as review, prepare, and present cases in court to assist in securing justice for victims.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for a minimum of five years. Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, well-reasoned judgment, and be confident in their decision-making abilities. Prior experience of at least 2 years' PQE in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions is highly desirable, along with a passion for this area of practice.
THE FIRM: You will receive comprehensive training throughout the induction process, mentoring, and on-the-job support to facilitate a smooth transition into your new role. Additionally, the position offers a competitive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
