With a strong reputation for advising businesses and individuals on complex regulatory matters, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, often business-critical cases while enjoying genuine career progression within a supportive and collaborative team.THE ROLE:Working as part of an established national regulatory practice, you will advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters. Your caseload will include investigations, prosecutions, compliance advice and crisis management across a variety of sectors. Advising clients in investigations and prosecutions brought by the HSE, Police, Environment Agency, Local Authorities, Fire Authorities, CQC and other regulatory bodies.Health and safety matters, including corporate manslaughter, gross negligence manslaughter and regulatory offences.Fire safety compliance, investigations and prosecutions.Environmental, food safety and consumer product regulation.Advising businesses on regulatory compliance, risk management and enforcement matters.Building strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Barristers with at least 5 years' PQE and a strong background in regulatory law.
