THE ROLE:
- You will manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of healthcare clients, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
- You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
- You will liaise with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to gather evidence.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with up to 3 years PQE.
- You will have strong knowledge of defendant clinical negligence work.
- Experience handling complex clinical negligence matters.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and organisational skills.
- It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
