They are looking to appoint an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team managing Finance and Property deputyship files. You will be advising clients, families and carers and support teams on a wide range of legal issues and undertake applications to Court.THE CANDIDATE:The successful Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ PQE handling complex professional deputyship work, drafting Expert Witness Statements, advising on Powers of Attorney and investigating financial abuse.

You will have a proven track record in making decisions on behalf of your clients and be able to demonstrate knowledge of funding options and welfare issues.
