This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven lawyer to become part of an established and successful corporate team, working alongside recognised experts while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
THE ROLE: Joining a thriving Corporate team with an enviable client portfolio, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
This is a strategic appointment and the successful candidate will be expected to play a leading role in developing the practice, strengthening existing client relationships and generating new business.
You will work closely with colleagues across banking, commercial, employment, real estate and tax to deliver seamless advice on complex, high-value transactions.
