Corporate Education Solicitor , 8+ Years PQE, Kent, £90,000 – £100,000+ (DOE) – This leading national practice is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Education Solicitor to their growing team in Kent. JOB REF:8653.
Responsibilities:
- Advise higher and further education institutions, training providers, independent schools and academies, and local authorities on a broad range of corporate law, charity law, governance, regulatory, and funding issues.
- Responsible for advising on partnerships and collaborations between education institutions – drafting, reviewing, and amending franchise agreements, study abroad agreements, and dual award agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
- Exceptional communication skills and a good level of experience working within the education sector.
- Strong business development skills.
