This market leading law firm is currently looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its team in Newcastle.

  • The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be joining an expanding team, dealing with a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, reorganisations and company advice, listed company transactions and IPOs, PE and venture capital transactions.
  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE gained from another leading national or regional law firm.
  • It is vital to be a good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, with keen commercial mind.
