THE ROLE: You will advise a varied client base of owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and larger corporates across a range of sectors. Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, restructures, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and general company law, with responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships, get involved in business development and play a key role in growing the practice.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 3–6 years' PQE and solid experience across corporate transactions and company law matters. You will possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage transactions with an appropriate level of autonomy. The successful candidate will be commercially minded and solutions-focused, with excellent organisational and communication skills and the confidence to build lasting client relationships. A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine ambition to develop your career and contribute to the wider success of the team are essential.
