Corporate Commercial Solicitor NQ+ PQE, Shropshire, £40,000 - £70,000. Due to the firm's continued expansion, they are now seeking a driven Corporate and Commercial Solicitor. The Partners will consider all solicitors regardless of PQE. Work will include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements etc.
