JOB TITLE: Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 4+

THE ROLE:
Renowned for the lovely working environment they provide, this established and progressive law firm is looking to appoint a talented and ambitious Corporate and Commercial Solicitor into their busy team. The successful candidate will provide high quality tailored legal advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:
- mergers, sales and acquisitions,
- joint ventures,
- corporate restructuring,
- management buy outs,
- equity financing, and
- commercial contracts.
The appointed Solicitor will work closely with other teams in the firm especially the Property teams.
THE CANDIDATE:
The newly appointed Corporate and Commercial Solicitor will be required to work collaboratively with other departments and offices, whilst running their own caseload independently. In addition to strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial contracts, applicants should be commercially aware and have a client-focused approach.
A client following is desirable and candidates should enjoy business development and building their own caseload. A strong work ethic, ambition and a high level of motivation are essential.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 4 years’ experience in corporate and commercial work.
