Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £50,000+ (DOE) - We are looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an expanding Civil Litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on a broad range of high-quality cases while developing their career within a progressive and supportive law firm.
REF:4653 THE ROLE: You will manage your own caseload as well as collaborate on more complex and high-value matters.

You will advise and represent clients across a wide spectrum of civil and commercial disputes, including commercial and contractual disputes, property litigation, possession proceedings and title disputes, professional negligence claims and general civil litigation and dispute resolution The firm acts for clients through a major legal expenses insurer, providing a consistent flow of high-quality instructions and exposure to complex and interesting cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
Has the ability to manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
Is organised, proactive and able to balance competing priorities effectively.
Has excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.
Is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
