Are you a proactive, results-driven legal professional ready to advance your career? We’re seeking a talented Conveyancer to lead a high-performing in-house conveyancing team within a leading organisation.
As the Divisional Legal Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and inspiring a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional conveyancing services across new-build sales, part-exchange, and a range of related transactions. Working alongside two Assistant Divisional Legal Managers, you’ll oversee a team of 14 professionals driving excellence, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach across all operations.
Your leadership will cultivate a motivated, collaborative, and high-achieving team environment ensuring outstanding outcomes for both internal stakeholders and clients alike.
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with strong expertise in Property Law and residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience managing and developing large teams in busy, fast-moving environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring, training, and empowering others to excel.
