Responsibilities
- Join a top-ranked national team working on complex and high-value transactions across the private and public sectors.
- Advise clients including central government bodies, life sciences developers, major investors and renowned education institutions.
- Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, and bespoke forms, and advise on collateral warranties, bonds and consultant appointments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Solicitor, ideally with a background in non-contentious work.
- Experience at a recognised regional, national or City firm is preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical skills, with strong communication and a proactive, client-focused approach.
