Your responsibilities will include monitoring legal and regulatory developments, producing thought leadership articles, delivering technical training, assisting with complex legal research, developing and maintaining precedents and template documents, and supporting business development initiatives.
You will also help drive best practice across the team, ensuring lawyers have access to up-to-date resources and practical guidance.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and strong experience across commercial law.
You will possess excellent technical knowledge, exceptional drafting and research skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal developments clearly and effectively.
Experience in one or more areas including commercial contracts, IT, data protection, franchising, infrastructure, transport or regulatory work would be advantageous, while knowledge of financial services regulation or intellectual property would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to the continuous development of a successful national team.
