Advising clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters, including AI and other developing technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries. Responsible for supervising less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development. At least 6 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection matters. Technically excellent, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, a relationship builder and confident leader.
