This senior leadership role will involve providing expert advice on commercial property transactions and offering invaluable support to colleagues in the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage all commercial property matters, offering strategic advice and guidance on transactions.
  • Draft, review, amend and issue legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
  • Provide expert support in the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Lead negotiations, manage complex deals, and resolve any issues that arise throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Extensive experience in commercial property law, with a strong background in managing complex transactions.
  • Proven track record in providing strategic advice on commercial property and related corporate matters.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing a team and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
