THE ROLEThe successful candidate will play an integral role in advising on a broad range of high value and complex matters, contributing to the delivery of commercially focused, solutions orientated advice. The department advises on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, estate and asset management, commercial and residential development, planning and infrastructure, finance and distressed market matters, debt restructuring, construction, holding and funding structures, property tax and property litigation. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with high quality clients and develop expertise across a wide spectrum of real estate work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years\’ PQE in commercial property. They will demonstrate strong technical ability alongside clear, confident communication skills, enabling them to work effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. The role requires someone who is comfortable working collaboratively within a team and who brings a positive, solutions driven approach to their work. The successful candidate will be motivated, commercially aware and capable of managing a varied workload while maintaining strong attention to detail. They should be keen to contribute to a high performing team that values knowledge sharing, professional development and a proactive, client centred mindset.
