JOB TITLE:Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to circa £65k (DOE)
THE ROLE:An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and well-regarded practice in Essex. You will be handling a broad range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, development agreements, property finance, commercial property sales and acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and possess at least 3 years PQE in handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, property finance, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties and development agreements.
THE FIRM:Office based position offering a competitive salary, you will be joining a busy and supportive department with a strong local reputation and a varied caseload. This role would suit a motivated solicitor looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment.
