We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor to join our expanding Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer who enjoys building client relationships, handling high-quality work and contributing to the strategic growth of a progressive firm.

You will manage a diverse and engaging caseload, advising a broad range of clients on complex commercial matters while delivering pragmatic, solution-focused advice.

  • Freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions, including secured lending and associated finance matters
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions of business

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4–5 years’ commercial experience, strong technical expertise and a proactive, client-focused approach. This role offers genuine scope for progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the department. You will be encouraged to contribute to business development through networking, marketing initiatives and relationship building within the local business community.
