A Commercial Litigation Solicitor is highly sought after to join this leading Cheshire law firm. The newly appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have their own caseload as well as assisting senior colleagues on a broad range of disputes including commercial, contracts IT/IP, professional negligence and financial matters. As well as fee earning, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be expected to play an active role in business development and marketing for the firm.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have up to around 2 years PQE gained within another leading regional or national law firm and will have had some exposure to high quality and complex commercial litigation matters. Recently qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitors who have a top class academic track record and have spent at least a 6 month seat dealing with Commercial Litigation are encouraged to apply. With a commercial approach to your work, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively and provide a service of excellence.
