As a key member of the residential property team, you will handle a broad range of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages

You'll have direct client contact and be encouraged to take an active role in business development and maintaining strong local relationships together with mentoring more junior members of the team.
Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with at least 3+ years' PQE in residential property
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently from instruction through to completion
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience using case management systems is desirable
