Non client facing position in Essex for a Conveyancer (Technical) with 5+ PQE. Salary up to circa £50k DOE.
Qualifications:
- 5+ PQE in conveyancing
- Experienced conveyancer with strong technical knowledge of residential property law
Responsibilities:
- Act as the appointed Residential Property Lawyer strengthening the conveyancing practice
- Work closely with fee earners to provide undertaking title due diligence
- Deal with title issues, identify key risks and complexities, and ensure consistency and efficiency within the residential property department
- Provide technical support for initial instruction through to completion
- Identify and communicate legal risks in a practical manner

- Significant exposure to all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold titles, lender requirements, leases, easements
