Role

Working as part of a nationally recognised department, you will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including matters that proceed to trial. Candidate

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with PQE of NQ+ and experience handling clinical negligence matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload, possess strong client care and communication skills, and have the ability to progress claims through all stages of litigation.
