Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified)

b Overview /b p In this role you will join a Worcester dispute resolution team to handle a varied civil litigation caseload, advising both commercial and private clients. You will manage matters from instruction to resolution, deliver high‑quality guidance, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. The position offers exposure to niche areas (e.g., boundary disputes, defamation, nuisance, Party Wall) and opportunities in commercial litigation and business development. You will work independently while supporting the firm’s client-focused approach. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage a varied civil litigation caseload from instruction through resolution /li li Provide high-quality, commercial advice to clients /li li Advise on a broad range of disputes (boundary disputes, defamation, nuisance, Party Wall) /li li Engage in ADR and advocate in Civil Courts when needed /li li Collaborate with solicitors, CILEX lawyers, associates and support staff /li li Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development /li li Support the team in handling both commercial and private client matters /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Dispute Resolution Practising Rights /li li Solid post-qualified experience in civil litigation /li li Experience managing caseload from instruction through resolution /li li Strong client care and communication skills /li li Commercial, solutions-focused approach /li li Experience of ADR /li li Ability to work independently within a team /li li Interest in business development and client relationships /li li Experience in commercial litigation and advocacy in Civil Courts would be advantageous /li /ul ul li client care /li li clear communication /li li commercial mindset /li li dispute resolution /li li civil litigation /li li ADR /li /ul
