THE ROLE
An expanding family department is looking to appoint a Childcare Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of both privately funded and publicly funded care matters within a supportive practice. As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be dealing with your own caseload of matters and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have proven technical expertise in childcare matters and have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with childcare related matters. Ideally you will be a member on the Children’s Panel or be willing to work towards this accreditation. As the chosen Childcare Solicitor you will be a confident advocate, possess strong organisational skills as well as the ability to handle a varied caseload.
