In this role you will handle a varied claimant personal injury caseload within a respected Cheshire firm. You will work in a growing litigation team, delivering clear legal guidance to clients and progressing claims from start to resolution. The position offers progression and exposure to more complex matters, under a collaborative, supportive culture. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of EL/PL and RTA files
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process
- Progress and handle higher value or complex claims when appropriate
- Support collaborative client care and communications
- Contribute to a busy, growing department within an established firm
Key requirements
- 2+ years' PQE in personal injury
- Strong technical knowledge of PI law
- Excellent client care and communication skills
