Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedies, children matters and cohabitation disputes
- Playing a strategic role in the growth of the Chester office
- Building strong, trusted client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to business development and networking activity
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in private family law
- Strong technical expertise across all areas of family work
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Empathetic, proactive and commercially minded
- Strong connections across the Cheshire market
- Experience supervising or mentoring others is advantageous
