Overview
In this role you will join an established Criminal Law team in Cheshire to manage a mixed caseload for legal aid and private clients. You will conduct advocacy in Magistrates’ Court and handle Crown Court matters from preparation through progress. You’ll attend court hearings, represent clients at police stations, and liaise with colleagues, courts, and third parties to keep cases progressing efficiently. You’ll prepare accurate documentation and provide clear legal advice while contributing to team objectives and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Key requirements
- 1+ years PQE as a Criminal Solicitor
- Duty Solicitor status or Police Station Accreditation advantageous
