Responsibilities
- lead, support and oversee a team of Solicitors
- supervise case work and monitor delivery of legal services
- provide legal advice across M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures, and commercial contracts
- contribute to strategic planning and growth of the corporate department
- drive development and delivery of services to corporate clients
Key requirements
- minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate law
