This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate governance and advisory work and general corporate and commercial contracts.
- Managing client relationships and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service.
- You will work closely with colleagues across the team, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills.
- Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE.
