The predicted salary is between 52500 - 57500 £ per year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate governance and advisory work
- General corporate and commercial contracts
Managing client relationships and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service. You will work closely with colleagues across the team, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills.
