55,000 - 60,000 Per Annum Permanent Chester 3-6 Posted around 2 months ago Expires In 20 Days Job Description Private Client Solicitor, 5+ years' PQE, Chester, up to c60,000 (DOE) – Joining a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll be trusted to work independently while benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for a diverse private client caseload, advising individuals and families across a broad range of matters including Wills, estate and succession planning, Probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work. Deliver a high standard of client service, developing trusted relationships and providing practical, tailored legal advice. Work closely with the Head of Department and wider leadership team to help drive the team's strategic development. Contribute to business development by nurturing professional contacts, identifying new opportunities, attending networking events and helping to grow the firm's private client offering. Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE. Strong technical knowledge covering Wills, Probate, estate administration and succession planning.
