THE ROLE: Working alongside recognised Partners and experienced corporate lawyers, you will advise on all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advisory work. You'll be involved in managing transactions from instruction through to completion, building lasting client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the team. This is a role offering exposure to high-quality work, early responsibility and the opportunity to develop your own profile within the market.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with around 2-6 years' PQE, although candidates outside this level with the right experience will also be considered. You will possess strong technical skills, excellent commercial awareness and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team delivering practical, solutions-focused advice. A proactive approach to business development and a genuine enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships will be key, together with the ambition to progress your career within a firm that actively invests in its people.
