Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to join a specialist Serious Injury team.

THE ROLE:

  • This is an opportunity to work on highly complex and rewarding cases involving individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and other serious orthopaedic trauma.
  • The work is both challenging and meaningful, offering the chance to make a genuine difference to clients and their families at some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
  • You will become part of a well-established and respected team known for its technical expertise, compassionate client care and collaborative approach.
  • Alongside managing complex, high-value claims, you will work closely with medical experts, rehabilitation providers, counsel and insurers to help secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • The successful candidate will have solid experience in serious injury litigation and a strong understanding of the wider issues affecting catastrophic injury claims, including rehabilitation and long-term client support.
  • We are looking for someone who combines strong litigation experience with empathy, sound judgement and commercial awareness.
  • You should be confident handling demanding cases, building trusted client relationships and navigating sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • This role would suit a solicitor who enjoys taking ownership of complex matters while also contributing to the wider success and development of the team.
  • There will be opportunities to support and mentor junior colleagues, strengthen relationships with referrers and contacts, and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
