This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team specialising in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence where failures in duty of care have resulted in illness or avoidable injury.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for a varied caseload of military-related matters, including military deafness, cold and heat injuries, and other service-related illnesses and injuries.
  • Make a real impact by handling military deafness claims.

Qualifications:

  • Applications are sought from Military Personal Injury Solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and claimant litigation experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Experience in noise-induced hearing loss cases would be advantageous.
